Windchill

The perceived temperature in winter when wind is blowing or when riding an open vehicle (motorcycle, snowmobile, etc.). It is calculated with the following formula:
Windchill Temperature = 0.045 (5.2735 √W + 10.45 - 0.2778 W) × (T - 33.0) + 33
WCF = 1.1626 (5.2735 √W + 10.45 - 0.2778 W) × (33.0 - T)
where:
ET = equivalent temperature (degrees Celsius)
WCF = wind chill factor (Watts per square metre)
W = wind speed (km/hr)
T = air temperature (degrees Celsius)
